My Arkansas Experience
If you were in Fayetteville, you might have been ribbed by a few people, but not en masse like the degenerates in Little Rock. I wish the LSU game would get moved earlier in the year so they could play in Fayetteville instead of Little Rock. Or just scratch games in Little Rock altogether. The University loses money by playing there (45K seats in LR, 72K seats in Fayetteville) but the Arkansas gov't has a "law" that requires at least two games be played there. They used to play half the games there, but Frank Broyles lobbied to move more to the Fayetteville campus.
I've been to every stadium in the SEC. Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Ole Miss fans suck. South Carolina probably had the nicest fans. Auburn and Tenn were very hospitable too.

I have lived in Little Rock and NWA. I assure you that there is plenty of white trash roaming around in NWA.

I knew the melt down would be EPIC, see it is OK for LSU to be asses but do to them what they do to other people.
Go back and think about how or why you could lose a game to a less talented Arkansas squad. Then you find Les Miles and I think you will answer your own question.

I dare say most LSU fans expected no more than 8 or 9 wins this season, but they won 10. In my opinion LSU overachieved this year. Arkansas is a very good football team, there's no shame in losing to them. I expected 9 or 10 wins from them this year. I only hoped for 9 or 10 wins from LSU.

Only my first semester at LSU so I haven't gone away yet, but I've done away trips with Chicago Fire and some soccer games in England and this all sounds...par for the course. What you'd expect. Hell, it's the kind of treatment I'd HOPE FOR. That's half the appeal of an away day, isn't it?
