True story, a few friends of mine here in DC (they're Ole Miss grads as well) are Al Franken's neighbors.

That is interesting. Those Stuart Smalley segments on SNL were pretty funny, especially the ones Micheal Jordan and Charles Barkley.

Good for you. Now have a fun job working for Ole Miss grads since we run the state.

We're not that good, but we're better than you.
You must be ignorant.
Not really, he just knows that Ole Miss runs a majority of the government and businesses in Mississippi that don't directly involve farming.

If you were a better team you would have beaten us one of the two games.
This is really all yall care about. If yall lost every game this year, but beat Ole Miss twice, then it would be a good season for yall. No other game matters but the Ole Miss game for yall and its quite sad.

What makes you come to this conclusion? State fans want to win all games. Every time y'all lose to us you make this arguement and it's ridiculous and untrue. This thread is about beating you the last matchups the two respective schools have had. It's sad you think your all we think about. I guess that's why we have gotten past a sweet sixteen, made it to Atlanta, and Omaha.

What made you come to that conclusion? The fact that State is primarily an AG school?
State grads run a majority of AG, Engineering, Architectural businesses over ole miss grads.

Keep thinking this if it makes your loss feel better.

In basketball, Mississippi State leads the series over Ole Miss 136-105 and has won 14 of the last 18 and 18 of the last 23.

It sucks to lose to State, but we've been better overall in all three of those sports.
Arkansas fans feel the same way about Ole Miss' 2009 "dominance".

Because you swept the series.
Our RPI was at 45 while yours was at 72 prior to the game.
We've had a better season so far. Quality wins. Quality losses.
Only missing piece was the series with ya'll.
If RPI and Strength of Schedule is all that matters, then notice that MSU had a better RPI in FOOTBALL than Ole Miss last season.
Bama #1, Florida #2, LSU #11, Arkansas #20, Georgia #30, Auburn #32, State #33, South Carolina #36, Ole Miss #37, Tennessee #40, Kentucky #56, and Vandy #100

You need to stop saying this once a week. It makes no sense whatsoever and makes you look more ignorant than arguing about who's better at sports between state and ole miss.
