LSU and Arkansas, unless this is just for football but both schools have 42+ National championships in athletics.

i haven't been there since 2005 but i saw them with my own two eyes. u can call me an idiot if it makes you feel better about your sorry banners but they were there from 2001-2005 when i went to just about every damn game.
