And you know this how? I've actually been to games of both and can tell you this is not the truth. I'm from Charleston and have multiple family members that attended Clemson. The CU/SC games are a fun time, no doubt, but I've never seen the just ready to fight on the drop of a hat mentality I saw at kU/MU games while I went to school here. Only other rivalry game I've been to with that intensity of hatred b/w the fanbases was the Iron Bowl (honorable mention Ohio St/Mich)

I don't understand Mizzou fans. A&M fans make them look great in comparison and provide the perfect distraction for a clean and painless transition in to the SEC. All they have to do is stay quiet and humble and let the wacky Aggies draw all the scorn...yet they still talk.

No I don't agree that KU/MU is legitimate as you are trying to sell it out to be.

..if I had a choice of having to watch either rosie o'donnell having sex or a football game between the 2 high-school powerhouse of mizzou/ku, I think I'd have to go with o'donnell..

I'd like to compare the national ratings of the MU/KU football games over the years to the likes of Alabama/AU, SC/Clemson, TX/OU, and FSU/UF.
