If somehow Alabama-Auburn, Alabama-Tennessee, Florida-Georgia, or Auburn-Georgia were going to play what everyone thinks would be the last game of the series because one was leaving the conference, you'd have to mortgage your house to be able to buy a ticket. Hell, tickets to the Iron Bowl right now are starting at almost $300 on StubHub right now. Yet Missouri and Kansas played their last game of the series last year in front of almost 25,000 empty seats.

OK...I'll concede all those points to you...I'm any kind of an asshat you want to call me...but we're all still waiting for you to explain how such a bitter rivalry game...the last of the series...could be played in your stadium with almost 25,000 empty seats. Explain that for us.

Apparently. What is the likelihood that you'd ever have 25,000 empty seats for Fla-UGA? Even the 1980 Lindsey Scott game when the Gators hadn't won a game all year.

I do believe Mizzy and the Jayhawks hate each other worse than UG and UF hate each other. However, it's not as big as a rivalry as UG/UF.

Let me clear some things up, first off that 25,000 empty was thanks to horrible kansas fans, 7,000 total to show up to that game. From what I remember ours was around 48,000 (and yet they still claim kc as their city.) I'm not saying that is much of an excuse but to say that we don't know bitter rivalries when ESPN wrote an article about Mizzou kU with the title "Hate", your argument loses some validity. We understand how to hate don't worry about that.

He's right. First of all the game was in arrowhead and each team was allotted half of the stadium. Missouri sold our full allotment plus took part of the kU allotment and had about 50k fans there. We never got an official count but I'm guessing there were about 7-9k kU fans there. Here's a picture of their side of Arrowhead.

Shouldn't your avi pic say "Censored" and not "censor". I'm pretty sure I don't see an overly conservative man anywhere in the picture. Certainly the character in the pic is not conservative nor was he a "censor".
