We play for championships here in the SEC. Nothing else matters. Just look at Arky for an example. They still get shite.

I drunkenly told some lady to go back to Jersey Shore one night at the taco shop. I thought my order was hers for a second (didn't even touch the food, just got up to go get it when it was ready), and I hear "HEY HEY HEY!!!!". Like, you think there wasn't a better more polite way to let me know it was your order?

My building is not a huge building. That's on like the two floors that we park on.

Well in FL it's pretty much just NY and NJ, but even most people born and raised here are not Southern at all.

I guess I didn't word it right. Atlanta has as many northern transplants, in the same size area, as Florida.

The only parts of Florida I've been to are the panhandle, Daytona, St. Augustine, Orlando, and New Smyrna Beach.

But what you're failing to realize is, most natural born and raised FL residents are Yankees too.

Not in the fricking panhandle, outside of the coast. Holy shite, it's redneck once you get a few miles away from the beach.

There are some male cheerleaders - they're there pretty much to throw the girls up in the air.
Every SEC school has male cheerleaders. That's perfectly acceptable.

The pandhandle is different.
But also redneck doesn't mean Southern. Parts of FL are very redneck but not Southern.

On the coast, the panhandle is most rich white people. I've seen like two people who aren't white there.

There's no black people here, either. Definitely a change from living in Louisville.

I'm a minority here in Atlanta, though not in my neighborhood. Unless you count being straight a minority.

What's the gay neighborhood called? I remember driving through there and seeing a "gay bookstore". What the frick is a gay bookstore?

It's just Midtown. That's pretty much where we live.
ETA: The bookstore closed a few months ago. Rent got too high.
