I’ve been to A&M & besides the sport stadiums. It looked like 1960-70’s threw up everywhere. Please, start updating and get the concrete look out. It’s depressing.

Mississippi State can't block transfers. Those are the rules.
Now, the NCAA and SEC can strongly encourage a cheating institution to back away from a player or players they cheated for, or face repercussions. That's what happened here.
