DAs have to actually look at the law and charge or not charge accordingly, unlike drama queens on social media.
Accessory requires knowledge by the accessory of the principal’s intent to commit a crime AND intent by the accessory to assist in said commission of crime. Unless there is an admission by Miller or other evidence showing Miles or the shooter (forgot his name) told Miller they were going to shoot someone then the DA knows they have no chance of proving elements of accessory against Miller. Downvote if you are an emotional child who couldn’t pass a bar exam even if you were given all the answers.

Probably so. DA offices with high profile cases get a lot of calls. Nothing new under sun there.

Not sure how this will turn out. But jumping to premature conclusions when Miller has not been charged is stupid. Meanwhile we have a dead woman and a child with no mother. Offer you prayers for them when you retire to bed.
