Here is what matters most
The last 3 years we won 58% of our SEC games adn 53% of our SEC West Games.
not making excuses...but if you think RP had been here we still have those numbers?

which LSU was waxed by UGA.
theres a reason for this. LSU is the only team in NCAA history to play 12 weeks in a row. 2005 may have been one of the best coaching jobs in LSU history considering the circumstances.

I don't know if you recall, but LSU was having a QB shite festival going on.
Wasn't that the knock on Saban?
Isn't Les known more for his offensive prowess?

he had to kick the #1 recruit in the nation who played the most important position off the team. excuse me for thinking that might hurt for a couple of years

Looks like that bare hook is catching more LSU fans than any other.....

why do people say Miles won with "saban's" players, but they don't sya Saban won with "shula's" players...
That's a good argument. Saban is so good he won a championship with Shula recruits.

If the record was 10-2 last year or 7-5 worse case considering how we played against UNC and WVU, not to mention UF would you still being giving me a lesson on medocrity.
I see HOW we are playing and have been for the past 3 years and do ont like it one bit.
As an LSU fan, probably before you were born, I have a right and a responsibility to gripe about the team that he is preparing when siad team is not performing up to his or our expectations.
That is what I mean.
Terrible logic.

Y'all sound worse than Bama fans blaming NCAA issues for their troubles and that's actually a legit argument.
2007 was quite a few years ago now and that team was more a reflection of Matt Flynn than RP. I heard Miles reference Jarret Lee again the other day when asked a question about Jefferson. WHAT!?!?!
Gary Crowton was a highly respected OC before Les started messing with him. The genius of Gene Chizik was/is letting Malzahn do his work.
The QB excuse it worn out and doesn't fly anymore. Les can recruit and the LA area is full of talent. There's no reason why it should've taken three years to get past one player.
A good coach would've figured it out.

yea...losing the best offensive player on the team who also happens to be the QB isn't legit at all.

You might want to refer to some Oregon and BYU fans about this statement

you're right...it doesn't. But it did in '08 and '09....and LSU won 11 games in '10.

Obviously you don't keep up with LA recruiting. The HS QB pool here has been crap the last few years.

like i said...he won 11 games last year
anymore little nuggets of knowledge you want to throw out there?
