You aren't wrong about mitch. He did good at Olympic sports, but that's it.

And this new retirement made up job has turned me on him big time.

In case you didn't notice, all the NBA hires are winning at a clip. Malone won an NBA Championship in Denver of all places, and he is a great X's and O's coach. NC name will recruit itself. Also, he definitely has the foreign connections.

Short of the superstar college coaches, this is the best they could do. Malone turned down potential NBA coaching jobs to take this one.
