Not being a smartass, but what would you have to pay for at UGA? I thought 98% of the students were on the Hope Scholarship.

ATL/Dallas/Houston are enormous metro areas with relatively well to do families whose kids want to go to SEC schools. The flagship schools in both states cannot enroll enough of them to even come close to meeting the demand.
Who built those schools? Now tuition is so high that the instate student can not afford it. There needs to be a cap on OOS Students.
