Nutt didn't rally the fanbase, all of our fans who knew about the denial were pretty pissed before Boone and Nutt spoke about it. And when the NCAA is granting waivers to some players and then denying a waiver to a higher profile player who is in the exact same situation makes them the bad guy.

so, the criminal didn't get to side step his punishment. Seems right to me.

When I get mad about the Masoli situation I remember Miles is still the LSU coach and Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson are still their QBs, and I realize everything is going to be ok.

Paid off the NCAA to ban Masoli. All of the other SEC schools pitched in too, so they'd actually have some kind of a shot at beating the mighty webels.

The NCAA did the correct, right and moral thing. Now person with a criminal record of any sort can get a job at the local McDonald's much less go into a D1 NCAA program. Maybe Ole Missers should do like BYU and get their own television network but somehow I do not think any one would watch it.
The NCAA should just go ahead and/ or banish Hootie Dale to the D2 level where he belongs. Sorry Ole Miss the NCAA does not approve of your under handed coaches behavior and/ or ethics. Get Real.

It might all be moot if Hootie finds a way to sneak Masoli into a game. There was a couple of occasions in the past where I wondered if Hootie had sneaked someone into a game. I can't remember the exact games ...but if I do I'll post it.
