I have to give all of them passes for being so inexperienced. they'll all get better i'm sure.

greg was still cringe worthy... no denying that

Not really. He jumbled some words in their first segment. He did just fine when they were discussing QB's. He looked much more relaxed.

Yeah, Barkley is awesome. He's funny and he's blunt. Two of my favorite qualities in an analyst. He's not exactly articulate when explaining his point of view, but he's usually right on the money.

I cringed/twitched/facepalmed at the "Braton Rouge" part, but outside of that I didn't see anything truly "cringe worthy". He actually had some decent analysis.

I didn't see all of it, but I think just about everybody had their cringe worthy moments. For Spears it was the Saban interview. For Tebow it was his awkwardly short analysis of Dylan Thompson and the awkward shoulder touch/hover he gave Driskel (anyone else catch that?) It's a first day though, so they'll all get much better after the first few days.

Honestly, none of them were good. They will all get better with time. I don't watch the network for their analysis. I like the actual content and to hear the coaches, etc. Mostly because I don't like any analyst, really.

I think some people here went in with way too high of expectations. For one it's a first day so it's going to be a little awkward, and second of all it's a channel based on a single college conference. ESPN isn't going to have all their regulars running this program. Now, it's mostly new guys and as they get more comfortable, they'll start pulling out some of those ESPN "regulars" that are on there now.
