Did I once say mack Wilson's hit was targeting? All I said was that him crouching down and pushing upwards is considered the same as launching yourself into the air as far as the rules are concerned. He did not target, as he did not make forcible contact to the head or neck area. He made incidental contact to the facemask due to the way the QBs body contorted afrer the initial hit.
