This is why it should be allowed. Texas wasn’t the only school going to be at the camp. Texas, Houston, Cornell, and Belhaven were involved, which means kids that wouldn’t get a chance to be seen due to lack of exposure would have. Like you said, "None of these kids would have been offered by Texas." Does that mean the other schools in attendance wouldn’t either? The only people this hurts are the kids with dreams of playing ball after high school by taking away their chance to show what they can do. Who’s to say there wasn’t a straight A student just athletic enough to get a look from Cornell, but doesn’t have the opportunity because of this dumb shite. Can’t really say it’s about the kids when they are the last thing being considered. Hell, no one in this entire thread has even brought it up.
