Signing a bunch of mercenaries doesn't make a winner. I'll all but guarantee they're going to have culture problems, and Jimbo has already let locker room issues become a problem at one other program. A&M has to develop their own culture of winning, and so does Jimbo. Buying a bunch of players may give them a few stars, but it doesn't make a culture or team. They've still have a lot to prove.
