At this point, I wish we would leave unless Sankey is removed. Let him replace LSU with another Conference USA level team like Mizzou and watch the conference keep circling the drain.
As an added bonus, this site would turn into a ghost town and many of you would have to find another purpose in life.

I've seen this sentiment a few times and it is genuinely moronic.
Do you think chicken is running this as a charity? I know Google ads don't pay what they once did, but do you really think he'd say "no more secrant, doors are closed"?

It would turn into whatever conference we moved to dum dum.

Again, you're suggesting that chicken would shut this down, lose revenue, and replace it with another conference board instead of ... keeping both and adding revenue?
This is the smart move in your opinion?

Just shift it, not shut it down.

And this shift would make it a ghost town? Meaning chicken would lose money.
I dunno, I think your theory needs work.

More like "tired of the bullshite drama that comes with LSU". You guys can't even make up your mind if you want to stay in this conference or go some place else. It is ridiculous. If someone says LSU is leaving, I say don't let the damn door hit ya.
Although, I must say that it would be an incredibly stupid move for LSU to leave on it's own.

Of course it does. That guy is a fricking idiot.

You think the SEC is the only fanbase in college sports with people who comment on message boards? You aren't special. This is an LSU site bud.

You don't just open up a brand new site and replace one that has legacy traffic.
Let's say chicken opened up Big10rant tomorrow. Those people already have sites they're on. This isn't a build it and they will come thing.
Any rational actor would simply keep this and add that and hope they could build it up.

How do you get rid of cancer? Remove the cancer. You would be a part of the cancer.

I'm being serious here ... are you ok?

Just trying to get rid of the cancer on this board. Starts with the libtards like yourself.

So that's a "no" then.
Hope you get some help or find peace or whatever.

But it's kind of stupid to do all this BS for weeks, capitulate, and then leave.

All this SEC ire is because they don't like that Landry who apparently sat all the billionaires down and got something big for LSU that hasn't been announced yet. SEC didn't like it because they thought LSU is pushing private equity to hurt the SEC's last gasp for air to control the conference. It's not PE. It sets a bad precedence when the other money schools see what LSU might be doing and say, "well, that's a good idea maybe Texas and TAMU should do it too".
The SEC is threatened they're about to lose what little power they have left and they should be. When the super conferences happen the question is the SEC offices still going to be here? NCAA, SEC, etc. all that stuff is dying slowly. Like any million dollar oiled machine they're going to fight to the death to stay relevant because millions is involved.
This explains why they ignored LSU telling them they were not rostering those players last week. They have an ax to grind because they're worried LSU is backdooring deals. Well, if they weren't they have every reason to now and fully seek leaving the conference.
