Remember that Shepherd was moved to WR, with a possible function here and there for QB, so i think that is not using him the right way. he is tall, so that will be good, but use the man at QB.....

Alabama has always just played up to the level of who they are playing most the time. Its been like that for years actually.

They still win, buts always around a 10 pt or less margin.

Thats why when they blew Florida out, it really surprised alot of people.

Bama beats us worse this year than the last two, I'm afraid.

Considering the past two years, Alabama has not beaten LSU by much with the first coming through an overtime and the second over a certain questionable interception call.
I think that LSU will take advantage of the thinned out defense, finally get the offense on track using Russel Sheppard in the right way, and actually use the run game.
Sorry BAMA, but you're not gonna make it out of Death Valley this year.

Ummm your coach moved him to WR, right? Is this using him in the "right way?"

I don't know why, but I kinda agree that LSU will beat Alabama this year too. It'll be very close, but I think we will pull it out on the leg of Josh Jasper. I don't know why...I am probably the biggest "negatiger"/anti-miles guy, but I think we will pull it out. However, we will lose to UF, Auburn, Arkansas, and UNC or W. Virginia

Ok on paper this is not as crazy as it sounds. Yes Alabama's offense will be very good this year as well as their Defense. But LSU matches up very well with them. On defense LSU's corners will be able to play man to man against Bama's WR and this will allow the Chief to play most of the game with 8 men in the box to stop the run. This is a luxury that many teams will not have against Bama and should slow down Bama's 2 headed monster at RB. On the outside if Miles is honest when he says Clayborne is the next great CB at LSU then he will be able to stay with Maze and PP will be on Jones. On offense if the LSU running game preforms like they did in the spring game then they should be able to stay on the field for a large part of the game against Bama's 3-4 D. I have not heard of anybody on Bama's Offense stepping up at the 3rd WR spot or at TE so if no one does that also benefits LSU. LSU special team will play a large part in the game and the fact that Bama has lost their kicker will hurt them because he was so reliable. The game will be close and I wouldn't put money on the game but i do think that LSU will win

Shep wasn't a qb from day one (unless he's at West Virginia or the Nebraska pre Bill Callahan).

you will lose to Arkansas and maybe LSU since you have to play them at home but I doubt it.

Greg McElroy def. is not the reason you beat anyone last year.
