Serious post?

The mother of his children is older than him, but nice (tiger)rant.

Disregard what I said then. I was basing this off the earlier post that said he was 19 she was 16.

Carry on with with the shite slinging.

His actions didn't meet the elements for the felony charge.

As confirmed by the video...

Had Hill been seen throwing the knock-out punch, the DA would have filed felony charges, and this is an entirely different ballgame.

I remember you discussing this in the original thread way back when, and being civil unlike TA's jimmy rustlin arse. There were two outcomes here, either he's charged with a misdemeanor and is good to go with a slap on the wrist from Les and Co., or he is charged with a felony and at the very least has his probation revoked.

Today indicates the former, and again I thank TA for helping spread the joyous news.

Oh

Do you realize what happens if his probation is revoked?

And congrats on this "win" for Mr Hill, LSU Football, and the entire LSU community. This is a day that will go down in Tiger history.

Yeah, we all recruit the same paste-eaters, so I don't throw any stones.

I guess I am just pragmatic about things, and feel that maybe the cart is being put in front of the horse. A petition to revoke will be filed...maybe, just maybe...a more measured response is appropriate. The judge can still revoke and Les and Co will find their hands tied...

I am confused how there is any joyous news. The ADA is going to seek revocation of probation from prior. It doesn't hinge on felony or not. The way I understand it is Jeremy broke the conditions of his probation. The ADA feels it would be appropriate that Hill serve jail time. Am I missing something?

The overzealousness of the prosecution is no concern. Hill has already had his probation adjusted due to violation by the same judge at the onset of all this.

Always nice to get an early season court room win.

So does that mean Hill is good regardless of the ADA filing a revocation motion?

I'm either mad, or mocking you for thinking this is a good thing.

One of the two

Technically no. However it seems like common sense would dictate that nothing has changed from the point that she previously had a probation hearing and imposed a curfew.

I think being charged with a crime constitutes a change since the last hearing.
