So you actually think he knocked someone out and aren't just trolling? Honest question.

I think the evidence, and the State, will show that he struck an individual from behind.

If you meant what NBamaAlum said, then sure, I agree with that.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about.

My iPad auto types NBamaAlum. I don't know how I feel about that.

So she was older and what is the issue again? I may not be keeping up with the TR angle going on in here. How come TR is worse than JH?

So why isn't he being formally charged with a felony? It's a felony in LA to knock someone out, and there's video of the incident. It's the DA's job to go after the highest possible charge...

Reason number one why TA's statement was ironic is because this is the best possible thing that could have happened for Hill, and all but ensures he will only face in-house discipline. So I guess I should thank TA for spreading the good word.

I really assumed you guys knew this and were just having a little fun...

He ran in a late TD to make it 21-0 in Nola.

Don't forget about his late td against Texas. They're still butthurt over that.

Because someone first said he was 19 and then she was 16, and then someone else said that was even worse because of the manipulation of being 19 and impregnating a 16 year old, even if the age of consent legally allows it.

But since they are the same age, it appears to be more of a modern day "Blue Lagoon" in urban Pensacola scenario.

So in other words a deflection used by some or one LSU fan?

His actions didn't meet the elements for the felony charge.

Eh...I'm sure there exist a circumstance in which a person could be charged with a felony even if the alleged victim was not rendered unconscious...just as I am sure that facts could arise in which a person was rendered unconscious and just a misdemeanor charge is appropriate.

Doesn't help Hill's cause it seems.

No, it is the DA's job to ensure that justice is done. Sometimes that means going full bore and sometimes it doesn't.

Went south in a hurry for someone. Expect it to disappear post haste, per norm.

It's always a dangerous cliff between the mountains of greatness and the valleys of defeat for some LSU fans. The power of deflection keeps them thinking they are a few steps back from the edge.
