What's leaving is posted on the Rant. Long list of good players. Key players. If some had returned and others not transferred, then LSU preseason #1 on paper for sure. Now, not so sure. Top 10 still though.

Return CB Mathieu, CB Tharold Simon,S Eric Ried,FS Craig Loston, LBers Barrow, T.Jones and Minter, DE Montgomery, DT Bennie Logan,DT Anthony Johnson and DE Barkevious Mingo
On offense return WR Russell Shepard, WR Odell Beckham Jr., WR J.Landry, RB's Hilliard,Ware,Ford,Blue(take your pick)with 290 pound fullback Copeland and our QB will be Mettenberger with former Oregon commit Jerrard Randall as a change of pace qb/possibly receiver
I like our chances next year

Losing Brockers hurt the most. He was an up and coming player who was a converted DE to DT..We assumed we might lose Randle and Claiborne though

I think he was pissed about the game and then realized he was better staying at LSU one more year with a qb that can actually throw than going to the NFL as a free agent
