LSU had 3 guys, who are not weekend starters throw the ball 100 mph, one threw it 101 and another 102. That’s not the whole story as they had off speed pitches, as well. Do all three get drafted high. Was the radar gun fast? I remember when the pros only had a handful of men that could throw that fast. I know the team lost but it wasn’t because of the pitching in my opinion.

Anytime your pitching staff keeps it under 4 you should win. LSU hitters are doing bad against average pitching. Unless they hit stride it’s just not a championship team.
