you know there are poison oak and chiggers in the entire southeast right? i've been eaten alive by chiggers hunting in north mississippi, have had to go to the hospital from poison oak in tennessee. if your commanding officer had you lay down in poison oak for three days, that's an army issue

I don't know what type of camping you Arkansas "army boys" get into, but generally when we go camping in Louisiana we sleep in a tent, or a sleeping bag, or at the very least keep our clothes on and don't roll around in unfamiliar vines and bushes.

LSU suppose to bring in a top class. Who do they compete with in state? UNO, Tulane, McNeese? LSU and Arkansas has nobody to compete with in-state. Every other school has to compete with a in-state rival.

LSU signed 9 of the top 10 ranked Louisiana kids in 2016. That is the definition of keeping the fence up. Shouldn't you be more concerned about the seemingly open cabinet of a recruiting state that is Mississippi? Josh, besides Ole Miss and their unlimited Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits guarantees, who does Miss St compete against in Mississippi? Southern Miss, Delta State, Jacksonville State. Geez, some real powerhouses in-state ehh?

The difference between camping in the military and more traditional camping is that in between sleep cycles you don't stare at a lake and drink beer.
Pretty much the same in the Army, except during the day you're marching around pretending to shoot at people.
I mentioned "camping" to point out that I spent a significant amount of time outdoors in that hell-hole.

I've got some less-than-kind words for Georgia as well, but the difference is I actually respect their football program.
LSU isn't really respectable to people outside of Louisiana, and only to people IN Louisiana because they literally have NOTHING else.

That's what your supposed to do when your the only Big time college in the state. All 3 schools in Mississippi had 8 or more wins. So, that tell me 2 things. We fight for recruits and mississippi might be more talented that Louisiana.

Your team name should be suited to your reality. Maybe call yourselves the chiggers, or the cotton mouths, or the alligators, or the quarter-sized-mosquitos, or my personal favorite, the swamp donkeys.
