This wasn't his first rodeo, and it probably didn't help that LSU re-hired a guy accused of multiple Level I violations.

RJ Luis is a different story. Dude left early and played pro ball. No way is he eligible.

I understand, but you take a coach who was under FBI investigation, bring him back, and he tries to sign a roster full of guys like that.

No, that probably didn't help things any. But, the conference's response is basically nuking a fly. They didn't even roster the players that the conference was bitching about. Luis will also not do a single dribble in a conference game. Hell, we even backed off Mitchell.

Brother, in 1992 we had a player sign the back of a napkin for an agent, in exchange for $400.
