To make matters worse, CBS is running it like it's an Olympic moment, in slo-mo no less, so the world can see Bobby at his worst.
He has lots of good moments, too. He got a bad rap on the Atlanta deal, fueled by ESPN, who hates him.
Since coming to us, he's been nothing but a gentleman to everyone he meets.
But the gesture at the end of the game was not his finest moment. Kinda like when a politician has a gaffe & the media enjoys it a little too much.
This too, shall pass.

You seem like a level headed fan. Stick around. It's nice to have some realistic perspectives from other fanbases on here. Not saying LSU is perfect 
, but it's good to see a fan actually see shite for what it is. Good year by the hogs, just ran into a buzzsaw that is two of the best LSU and bama teams in a while.

It's football. Someone wins. Someone doesn't. It's not like we were surprised that you guys were good. I WAS a little surprised at how bad we played. We didn't show you our best, but then...we haven't had a great road game this year. We need to work on that.
And you guys CAUSED some of our failure, too. Your D-line was in our back yard all day. Tyler didn't handle the pressure well.
Our defense did okay the first quarter, but not so much...after.
Shoot, we didn't even PUNT well, but once! And our punter is almost as good as yours.
It's hard to get mad at your opponent for just being better. This year, you were.
You want me to get mad? If you DON'T win the Crystal now...after humbling us...THEN I'll be mad.

Thanks. I'll pop in from time to time.
I love college football...and I love Truth. Not necessarily in that order.
We DID have a good year. Two of 'em back to back, for the first time in this conference. That's no accident.
And I really think Bobby does get deliberately bad press. You wouldn't believe how well he handles himself at home. We're glad, in every way, to have him.
Doesn't mean he's perfect. The guy is DETERMINED to run the ball up the middle against every defense he meets. And obviously (like today) sometimes that just isn't possible.
(sigh)
Anyway, ya'll aren't going to be backsliding any time soon and we're hoping/expecting to maintain a better program...so there will be more top-ten clashes in our mutual futures.
Good luck in Atlanta...and New Orleans.

Watched the game with my son in law, who's from Lafayette. We enjoy good natured teasing all year.
His folks are bring Boudin (sp?) up at Christmas. Can NOT wait!
Wonder who'll we'll get in the Cotton Bowl? We'd sure like to have another crack at a Big Ten....or...OU.
