My bad. It was 222-0. 1916.

Nothing would shock me. It wasnt terribly uncommon for teams to drop 100 on others way back when. Years ago someone posted a list of teams that had given up 100, but I cant remember who(if any in the SEC) had.

More incredible is scoring 72....and losing.
That's gotta be a record.

Pretty sure GA tech dropped 255 on Cumberland forever ago. As I understand it, that team was nothing but walk ons.
Cumberland didn't even really have a football team, they disbanded it. But GT was like frick you, you're going to play it anyway.
Cumberland just played a bunch of random students in the game.
GT didn't even pass they ball, they just rushed over and over.
GT was butthurt because they lost a baseball game. So the football coach decided to score exactly 222 pts because they lost the baseball game...22-0.
And thus started the tradition of GT being a bunch of petty punk bitches.

I thought the story was that Cumberland had been using professional baseball players. And Heisman(also the baseball coach) was pissed.

All LSU all the time. Nice to see that no one cares about LSU still.

Or how often does your D give up 72 and still win?

Yet, Lsu hasn't sniffed a championship in a decade.
Technically we have more recently than Florida 11 vs 08
