I see the LSU defense putting the clamps down on Snead/Nutt/Austin...

Ole Miss really doesn't have any play-makers on the corners and Peterson & Co. should be able to control things. Plus Jefferson should be back, granted he may struggle to find his rhythm.

thoughts?

I like the way you think but to bad i see LSU getting absolutely killed in this game like 42-10. With our front four, McCluster is going to have another record day. LSU fans try to bottle it up by saying how hes only had to 100 yards games, problem is both of those have been recent and he wasnt getting them earlier in the year b/c he was only getting like 8 touches a game.

Ole Miss's OL isn't that good... hell, they made our front four look good.

Outside of McCluster (he's a load), they have very little on offense... Hodge is okay, but no world beater.

We did some changing around in our OL. Moved our RT to RG and put in a new RT. And our LT Sowell is progressing well every game. Our OL manhandled Tenn's front 7. Everyone just sees Dex in the endzone but they fail to look at the giant holes the OL was making.

The rest of our RB core is really good. But you're somewhat correct on Hodge. He's a helluva number 2 receiver. Problem is that he are forced to make him our number 1 receiver.

I just don't see it... Boldin is good and the OL is average.

This thing will come down to can LSU contain McCluster?... or at least limit his impact... put the game in the hands of Snead.

I don't really know what to expect from the LSU offense.

Dunno, OLE MISS' line looked pretty durn good this past weekend with mccluster running AND THAT was a pretty damn good defense they ran against this weekend. LSU is going to have a hell of a time in this game especially if Jefferson doesn't go.

Nobody has stopped McCluster this year.
And Snead beat LSU.

The LSU offense won't put up more than 21 points.
That defense is going to have to play lights out.

If Lee plays...Ole Miss scores 10 on offense and 28 on Defense...won't even be close.

Ummm No.

He only had 15 yards on 6 carries vs Bama. Pretty sure he had another game where he was shut down.

With that said, I think with the new OL lineup Ol'Miss has he will run wild on LSU.

I just know that we have a good top 20 football team and that our foe is overrated and has packed it in for the season.
