I was always frustrated by this when I was a student. We played UF during the Spurrier time as a homecoming opponent once.

Danny is the prototypical Aggy who couldn't get into LSU straight out of high school, so he/she went to Blinndergarten instead.

Very true. Does State get paid for beating LSU on their homecoming? Troy got paid so why can't State. I'm not sending a thank you card.

I can only think of one reason why they chose to do this - better to lose your homecoming game to Mississippi State than Troy.
