Pretty much - as far as home games go this year, this one is right behind K-Y for me as far as a given win. We played 25 on defense every game last year so "the losses" there are not going to prove to be the death nail that the media is predicting. Our other question mark is the OL and we should be fine. We signed the best JUCO OT in the nation and he can't beat out the senior that is running first string. Again, we'll be fine.

As far as the RB position goes - had you ever heard of Josh Robinson before last year? The answer is no and he had been on campus for 3-years and rarely played. I've been following State since the early 90s and I can only remember 1-yr that we didn't have a good RB. We're always fine there. Remember the name RB Dontavian Lee. Another 2* recruit from bum frick MS (#Mullenball). Dude has been tearing it up and is huge (biggest RB) and fast.

I think that LSU will be able to run the ball about like last year, which wasn't nearly good enough. We have the best QB in the league and LSU has 2 of the worst (how did bad QB play work for you guys last year). Finally, I think that the game won't be close because Mullen is going to take that joke of a DC behind the woodshed for 4-quarters.

When people start with "MSU doesn't have enough talent." I stop listening. We may get beat but, it's not a talent issue. LSU is certainly not more talented than we are. We PUT up almost 600 yds of offense against that #1 SEC defense and they couldn't score on us first and goal from the 2. 4 tries to get 2 fricking yds and they couldn't do it. There is no excuse for not scoring there, especially with more talent. Bama did not out talent us. They confused Dak into critical INT'S. Kudos to Bama y'all beat us,not because of having more talent. I think all 7 SEC west teams are pretty close talent wise. MSU proved last year. You can throw those recruiting rankings out the window. It's kinda like the 40 yd dash. It's a indicator that scouts use but it's not the end all be all. I think MSU will be a really good team, not great but solid. We could win all our home games this year. I believe that we are close enough talent wise we can beat everybody in the SEC at home. I doubt we beat Auburn or Arkansas on the road and possibly lose to Missouri Thurs night on the road. Since it's at home Bama is a toss up. MSU wil be 9-3 this year. That's my prediction.
