So is this you admitting your OP is dumb? If you're saying right now the attrition is a real issue, then it doesn't seem to follow the logic of your OP that it isn't a real issue.

I'm not making excuses either. I'm just unfolding the logical pretzel you've created, identifying stupidity if you will. So basically, what you're saying is that what was argued by this board in the off-season is no longer valid once it came to fruition, but, at the same, it is valid because the board was right. So the board was right and wrong. Amazing.

Alabama has had 5 ncs in the last 12 years. LSU has 4 in their entire history. LSU has been to one playoff, UA has to been to every single one except for last year and in the championship every year but 2014 and 2019. Alabama will also be in the playoffs again and LSU will be lucky to make the mobile bowl.
