I think you are underestimating the importance of the VERY VERY young team that took the field last getting more and more games under their belts, collectively.
And yet you want to ignore LSU's two starting true freshmen DBs last year coming back as sophs with more experience? Why do you think only A&M players get better?

Manziel played the worst game of his short career that game
*NEWSFLASH* There are MANY offensive players over the last several seasons who have had their worst games against LSU's defense. That's kind of our trademark, it's not a quirk or coincidence - it's by design.

I guess we will argue this all summer until we play.
Yes, yes we will...

Also some Heisman winners who have lost to us.
And a couple who beat us too of course.

When was the last time a team beat us by 3 TDs at home? I got tired of looking.........

Please tell me where I said LSU wouldnt get better. You are the one that said "A&M will not be a good as they were last year". Man Tiger country sure is illiterate.
My fact is that like any young football team. The more time you have together the better you become. I dont disagree that both teams will improve from last year. But I do not expect for JFF to have the game he had in CS again in TS. LSU defense is amazing. I am not knocking that but I can GUARANTEE he will have more that 27 rushing yards this year, as well as less turnovers..

You might not take a step back overall on defense, but the collective unit of guys you had that contained Manziel will not be as good. Sorry.

So like 42 rushing and 2 Int's.....

The guys replacing
Barkevious Mingo
Kevin Minter
Same Montgomery
Will not be as good at containing Manziel. They might be very, very, very good.... even Bama good, but they will not be as good as 2012.

Could have been the difference last year.

Meh, Minter was a stud but Mingo, Montgomery, and Reid all had a noticeable step back from the 2011 performance, or, at least, that's what everyone told us.
Of course, now that they're gone after that underwhelming 2012 performance, they're irreplaceable athletes and our season is shot.

Could easily be,"They might not take a step back overall on offense, but the collective unit that protected Manziel will not be as good."
This is college football, this stuff happens every year. LSU's D has not had trouble revamping every year. Until I see proof that we can't, I'll assume we can. I do the same for Bama.
This is what happens when you have sustained success. You get the benefit of the doubt.

I don't know about your whole season, but athletically, those combination of guys contained Manziel in space better than anyone, even Alabama, whose defense was light years better than LSU's. Play each of those games 10 times, I think A&M still performs better against Alabama than they did LSU. Just my opinion.

After talking with some University of Texas Alum the one thing they made perfectly clear is that A&M will talk more shite than any other fan base in the country with a nominal chance at success. After dealing with them for a year, I can not emphasize enough how much this is true.
They said that they were glad someone else has to deal with the second rate program that is A&M

That's high praise. Now just be lucky that you get to experience us now that A&M is a powerhouse and LSU is the team with the nominal chance at success. All those years we learned to talk shite when weren't great, only makes us more proficient now that we are.

When you said that while LSU beat A&M in Collie Sta. last year, A&M would beat LSU in Tiger Stadium this year.

Yes. I have spoken.

No, actually, you CANNOT.
You see, Nick Saban has a plan for Johnny in September. Johnny may not even be playing football in November. You just never know. LSU, on the other hand, is used to winning games without a QB - or even an offense. It's what we do.

Is that the only stat y'all did better than them at? Cuz I'm looking at others, and I'm having to scroll light years to find LSU's name listed in some categories after I see Alabama's.
