You are 100th in the nation in time of possession, your point does not compute.

Not that hard to understand, you didnt perform against a solid defense - which is what you will face when you play us. I see the score very similar the your bama game 37-14 LSU something in that range is pretty obvious

It was our 4th game of the year, first away game and first SEC game. What do you not understand about that?

Case in point, what did we do to South Carolina's defense? And before you say anything, yes I am aware they are not at LSUs level but they are a very solid defense.

You guys will not score 30+ points on this defense.

If we pass the ball effectively and have some special teams plays then yes we could easily score 30+ even on your defense. We are peaking right now so you will not be seeing Oregon or a version of them come Black Friday.

I think we score 21-24. With that said, I think LSU puts up about 38 to 42.

You're still wrong, it's 176 yards rushing/game. I'm not arguing that it's any better, but how did you still screw up the number?

edit: Maybe your number doesn't account for sacks? IDK

How many game this year have we had a decent lead? Apparently reading comprehension does not compute as well.

I understand just fine. You're thinking that by the time you play LSU you will be soooo much better than when you played Bama. Gotcha.

Yep, we were breaking in two true freshmen and a JUCO transfer on the OL and we had a ton of injuries on defense (both starting DEs out, starting CB out, starting WR out as well)

You originally stated you have a quick strike offense. A post or two later and you said your coach shuts in down in the 2nd quarter and plays ball control. You can understand why Im confused by you, correct?

Pretty much...most teams improve after playing 7 more games. You are also neglecting the fact we were missing some key players that game. Alabama always kicks our arse...LSU, not so much.

Do I think you win? Probably so. Do I think you pull a Bama on our asses? No.

Just hope we don't lose both starting DEs again and have to lean on True Freshmen again

You apparently are not too smart so I'll explain what the average person could infer: ideally, we build a lead with a quick-strike offense in the first half/first three quarters, and in the fourth quarter, we play ball control to run out the clock. Was that so hard to follow?

Doing that against LSU is not going to be easy. They have a good defense and a ball control offense, so building that lead in the first place, especially a lead large enough to take the foot off the pedal, will be very challenging.

Well here is the whole quote
quote:

Meaning = WHEN Arkansas gets a decent lead, he starts running the clock. I did not say this was the case this year (since we've had close games/come from behind)

Your DEs wont have anything to do with this game.

He said ball control starts in 2nd quarter, go back and read.

Arkansas has a nice offense but they have to be a little concerned about protecting Wilson against LSU.
