I heard something on radio about Les taking over interviewing the student workers and he was doing it after dark. He supposedly asked them questions about their sex life. One girl said he asked her if she was a virgin and another said he got on top of her on the couch in his office.

I don't think that'd work because she's complicit in those violations plus that'd clearly be blackmail or extortion.
