Lane will win at LSU but whether he gets them to the very top will depend (imo) on his ability to match the pure physical and mental grit that the very top SEC championship level teams possess.
The Les natty team and even the high flying offensive 2019 natty team of Coach O each displayed a very physical and mental toughness and edge that are often the hallmark of champions.
No-one questions Lane’s offensive prowess but that’s not going to be the ultimate deciding factor on whether LSU is adding trophies to that display case down there in BR.
