The supreme court has a already given a de facto ruling that will severely limit any attempts at restricting athletes rights to their NIL and at the very least tie up the attempts at restrictions in litigation for years. If anything, the NCAA needs to lessen its restrictions on NIL that prevent it from being used as a condition to attend a certain school. Remove restrictions and, an NIL contract could be written that prevents a kid from leaving without voiding said contract. That is currently impermissible under the NCAA regs.
