For some reason the rantards are proclaiming a 5'7" nickel back to be a first round pick.

No he right. you clearly don't understand the transition from College to the Pros, and where people are drafter, and why.

it is because:
6'0" 185 lbs < 6'3" 192 lbs
6'0" 185 lbs < 6'3" 192 lbs

Read again please.
I agreed with his Mathieu statement.

yeah because height is always the best way to determine who is a better player.

I'm well aware, but his best attributes are his ball hawking nature and the turnovers he creates. I think he is definitely a star in college, but a large segment of the rant thinks he is the second coming of PP as an NFL prospect, which is highly unlikely given his size.

How so? He said

and then you said

That doesn't seem to be very agreeable.

If you don't know Mathieu is a hell of a special teams player then you really can't contribute to the thread.

OK, the OP was talking about DK vs. Mo Claiborne. Not Mathieu. That's what I meant. shite, it's not a big deal.

For the record, only an idiot would think Mathieu translates better to the pros than Kirkpatrick. Stay focused my man.

He's only a soph too...Has he returned any punts for TD's? How about kickoffs?
Or are you just enamored by his tackling fuel?

Why don't you go ask Oregon.

exactly my point. That's why comparing him to Kirkpatrick is a bit unfair.

this is his 1st year as a returner but he played on special teams last year. And like the above poster said ask Oregon

what did he do besides the caused fumble, scoop and score for a TD? Didn't get to watch the game..

I'm not comparing him to DK...because he's 5'7 - 5'8
