No, but you are saying the same thing over and over again. Congrats I guess. I mean, will there be tailgating? Are our players going to have to drive by and see tailgate tents and cornhole boards and go "we should have stayed home".

As already posted, we literally have nothing to lose, and that is the message Stoops is telling the team. Will it matter, we will find out on Saturday, but not before.

The biggest key in this game is that this Georgia team has a killer instinct that is evident from the 1st snap. They will not come out half assed or lethargic and have to flip a switch in the 2nd half like past teams. They have a fire to bury their opponent from the 1st play. Out of all of the positives that we have seen this year, the fact that Smart has been able to foster that mindset might be the biggest leap of success in his head coaching career.

Simply responding to the same thing posts from Uk fans like yourself.

The game day part was actually something new rather than the same thing over and over again, so odd comment.

Might be that you don’t even understand what a straw man is, so go ahead and explain this post further.

He was quoting stats from prior to Auburn playing Georgia and we've played LSU too. Penn State is a quality loss though.

You have nothing to lose? What about a trip to the SEC Championship? What about a possible trip to a NC playoff game? Pretty sure Kentucky is glad you’re not their coach.

Just responding to your posters who say there is no reason for us to show up and play the game, that's all.

And if you don't understand underdog status, no reason for me to explain it to you.

It's fairly straight forward from the text book definition that a strawman is an intentionally misrepresented proposition that is set up because it's easier to defeat than an opponent's real argument.

What is there to explain?

Don't take it as a knock, I love your feigned intelligence shtick.

Why would I need for you to explain “underdog status?” I never brought that up, you did Skippy.

I thought the spread against Sou Car, Ark and Aub was too high. That late TD throw by Sou Car against the bench ruined that spread. I think this spread is too high.

It's the unpredictability of what happens in Garbage Time that really messes these spreads up. That said, we're still 5-1 against the spread this year as said on page one, but as we all know, past results don't prove future results. I have no doubt UGA is 24 points better than Kentucky. None. Zero doubts. But whether or not we actually finish with 24 more points than them, considering Kirby doesn't GAF about the spread and more interested in reps for backups and young guys, it's all too much. - George Harrison

Coincidently, that was the last UGA team that was in a national title game. Don't be a puss.

Who is literally saying this? Upsets can happen in any game, even against much better opponents who never lose to UK.

Ok, so do you have any examples of this ITT?

Often times it is a straw man argument to accuse someone's argument of being a straw man.

So true, and its just more proof that people who resort to that accusation often lack understanding of the concept.
