That's because he wasn't battling cancer; it was canker. Everyone kept telling you that the poster was talking about a reoccurrence of canker sores but you just wouldn't shut up about cancer.

I think the thread ended with you saying a prayer for the healthy vitality of his gums.

Later on, you stated you had been licking acid out of a prostitute's ear canal and that is what made you pray for the guy that didn't even have cancer.
