Good point. People making these arguments need to either stick to the rankings WHEN THE GAME WAS PLAYED... -OR- THE FINAL RANKINGS.
Either is fine from an argument standpoint, but they should not be mixing both.

Great bama team - Mac Jones was and is phenomenal. PLUS he did it without one of his best players and missing his starting center in the playoffs!
