I agree with your point about Emmert. I don't think the NCAA is "hiding" any evidence they may have seen/heard. I think either:
A) NCAA never heard these particular tapes
Or
B) the NCAA did hear these tapes and there is not enough evidence on them proving Cam knew

I want to know what MSU was saying to Cecil before the tapes started rolling. They didn't just have the tapes rolling and suddenly Kenny and Cecil started asking for money. AU may be guilty as hell, but there is no way I'm buying the clean and pure version MSU is selling.

This. There is no other logical explanation other than no tapes existing.
Interesting that you quote two possibilities involving the existence of tapes and then jump to "yes, I agree... they can't exist"
Having said that, I doubt they exist (at least as smoking guns that show more than Cecil asking for money)

What is it I need to be scared of? I have paid no one, nor is the NCAA investigating me. Will any truth to what is being alleged be greatly disappointing? Absolutely. Will I be mad at anyone involved? I am sure of it. Will my life be ruined? Hell no.
Investigate, write hit pieces, play tapes, show texts, etc. All of that has not caused me to lose sleep or constantly think of it. In fact I only think about it when in here, or a news story flashes on let's say ESPN.
So your assessment Auburn fans are scared is false, at least in my case. Now after saying that it doesn't exclude me from jumping in a a couple of message board skirmishes over the issue.
