The problem is those other schools' sites don't list a prospect who has been SOLIDLY committed somewhere else for almost a fricking year and outwardly recruiting other players to come to said school as a 55% chance to come to YOUR school.

I don't know about the others, but Saban has made it a point the last couple of years to pretty much fill up the class early so there is very little signing day drama like we had in 08 and 09. All we are really waiting on are CK and BC to make their final decision.
AU waits until freaking January to start actually recruiting and then begins to sway recruits that had never even been mentioned by the recruit until a month before signing day and you also have the biggest homer in the rivals network writing for your site.

You mean prospects like Calloway? Not saying he doesn't flip back, but just saying no one is firmly commited till signing day. Also, I don't follow jlee so this in no way is me standing up for him.

It's the offseason. J. Lee is a "respected" recruiting guy who posts on a site VERY popular with the Auburn fanbase, and he is hilariously out of step with what everyone else seems to believe. Add those things together and you have your answer.
People post it because it's funny. You may want to blast batch after batch over some sort of idea that it's "aubsession," but it's simply human nature to laugh at idiots.
