They forgot to bring their D at home against UT

Not sure which is worse, fan perception vs. the SEC?
...when this is the perception of one of the 2 teams playing for a conference championship?

They've been solid most of the season, and just had a bad game plan against the UT offense. We have a more conventional styled offense, so that probably won't be a problem. That said, we have a lot of offensive talent and if we get up on them quickly it could cause some stress and pressure.

Good teams don’t get blown out at home by 30.
Their D is t as good as you think allowing over 20ppg
The O is pretty 1D as well. GA is a horrible matchup for LSU

Tennessee offense with hooker was a very bad matchup for lsu defense. Isolating our safeties and DBs in coverage with good receivers and an accurate deep ball thrower exploited them as that’s the biggest weakness on our defense. They’ve been ok in coverage, but not spectacular by any measure. LSU D line and edge have been very good though. I’d imagine UGA will work to get their tight ends involved early given they have the best TE in football. That guy is unreal.

Defense actually didn’t play terrible that game. Early special teams mistakes and BK going for it on too many 4th downs gave UT good field position. Plus Harold Perkins was still getting worked into the defense that game…they’re a different team with him on the field every play.

Gave up over 500 yards of offenses.
That isn’t bad to you ?
Perkins doesn’t equate to 30 pts on the field

Yep. And 11 GA players remember the 2019 game. Stetson and several defensive starters

Did you watch that game? Defense was in a bad spot all game with the opening kickoff being fumbled and almost getting a punt return housed on them and then BK’s desperate 4th down attempts. I’m not arguing LSU wins that game but if they those things early go differently then it’s probably not a 40-13 type of game.

Achane just ripped off another 15 yarder.
