It doesn't matter if he knew or not. SEC said AU was made aware of what went on. Cecil has admitted.
AU should have said he was ineligible and applied for reinstatement. All very simple and I'm sure all the smart people AU has in compliance knew this.
So why is it AU decides not to involve the NCAA in such a simple matter reinstatement?
