If they have enough evidence, he should be charged now before the Conference playoffs and the Heisman Trophy award. What college football doesn't need is another tainted NC and Heisman Trophy recipient.

even if he is charged, he should still be able to play until he is found "guilty" by our court system.

Court systems don't make that decision...FSU does.

Actually according to ACC by laws, it's not a decision at all. If a player is charged with a felony, the school must suspend him until the matter is resolved. Or at least that's the way I've heard it translated on multiple sports shows.
