Les was so stubborn and would stick by his decisions no matter how bad it was. Kelly messed up these original hires but nukes the whole thing. Nukes it after signing day and the bowl game instead of a quick trigger like the fans wanted.

I’m sure there will be trolling but it’s rare to see a coach at any level do a complete overhaul. The man wants a championship

Les was good about hiring and firing assistants (other than Cam Cameron).
