Pawl should at least get to finish this season.
Ok that is fine. I am ok with giving him another year, but he should for sure be feeling the heat coming down on him for underachieving.

Paul would get hired very quickly by an SEC school and start dominating while Alleva would probably hire some no name who would fall on his face flat.
