Most Arkansas alumni moving to a big city for work would most likely go to Dallas, KC, OKC, STL or Memphis before NOLA. All are vastly closer depending on what part of that state you are in.

This, plus these cities aren't in Louisiana.

New Orleans > all of those listed.

True, but not really a bar. I've seem pigs congregate at Cooter Browns, but then again..I've seen basically every fan of every school there.

According to an LSU fan on an LSU site. Yep, no homerism there.

Homerism aside, New Orleans > Oklahoma City, Dallas, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Memphis. People all over the world vacation here for a reason.

Key word is vacation. People go to NOLA to party. No denying that at all but I am talking about where Arkansas alumni go to live and work after college.

If I'm graduating college right now from Fayetteville then I am looking at those cities first over NOLA. Hell when I graduated college I did exactly that. I wanted to get out of Fayetteville and looked at jobs in Atlanta and Dallas with eventually landing one in Atlanta.

Forgot the exact address, but the usual place for Hawgs to gather for their 'bowl' games in on Tchoupitoulas by the tracks. Plenty of parking and tvs!
