Makes sense. Why would anybody want the QB that leads the SEC in points?
I bet if you polled SEC coaches (excluding Sumlin and JLS) that it'd be near unanimous for JFF

Right, let me take a freshmen free wheeler against last year's first team all-SEC. I now realize you guys are just trolling because you beat us for the first time in 5 presidential elections.
Carry on.

Not that I believe idiotic comparisons of single game samples are valid, but its not like Wilson lit up LSU last year did he???

All Arkansas has left is last years 3rd place SEC-W finish and arguing that Wilson might be better than Heisman hopeful JFF. It's so sad
Don't worry, guys. You're better than Auburn until they beat y'all in the coaching search

Less than 200 yards offense with 1 TD and 1 Int in a 41-17 loss
JFF had over 300 yards offense with 0 TD and 3 Int in a 24-19 loss
ETA: the clear winner here is LSU

Not the same LSU teams.

Arkansas has an idiot for a head coach. Their team has been in massive disarray since April. Wilson missed a game and a half with a concussion.
Wilson is a better leader, far more accurate with the football, and doesn't make downright stupid, silly mistakes like Johnny Football.
And you are wrong on taking a poll of coaches. I doubt there is one Head Coach in the SEC, outside of Sumlin, that would pick Johnny Football over Wilson.

and you have your first Super Bowl victory over Arkansas in 4 years, congrats.

A true voice of reason.
Delusional aggy gonna aggy.

There's not a lot there, the only reason its hard to get behind Wilson is that supposedly Arkansas had all kinds of awesome talent, top 10, etc etc, this year but now we're being told...oh, well, uh that was all the coach. Its hard to not put some of that "it was all the coach" on Wilson too.

All the hogs are out today defending Wilson. Where have y'all been after all those arse kickings that occurred?

As far as "good decisions" go...if you're an LSU fan I assume you watched the A&M-LSU game and thus I can see where that blast would get applied to Manziel, but even though I haven't seen many of Arkansas games this year, I would be surprised (even with him missing Alabama) if Manziel had turned the ball over more this year than Wilson.

we've been here long before you got on this board and are still here, unlike most of your brethren who vanished after the LSU loss.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but there is no question that Wilson is a damn strong QB. However, JFF is a true freshman and has a much higher ceiling.

There do at least still seem to be more Arkie fans than Auburn fans...

Manziel is a redshirt freshman.

I think Wilson has a (long, god-willing) NFL career ahead of him. JFF will be a showman in college who gets a regular job afterwards, hopefully somewhere that can give him dental.
