Walton's kinda quirky and I believe that he still does the hippy lettuce. I kinda like him though.

He doesn't deny or try to hide the fact he went to UCLA and supports his schools like some other color and play by play guys.
The pbp Cuse grad is the worse, he called are game against them a couple years ago and was giggling with joy when Sutherland started going off behind the arc.
Dykes will often be over critical of Arkansas to appear non-bias.

I guess I haven't seen him call enough Arkansas games because I was confused when some Arkansas fans said they were surprised by how positive he was being about Arkansas.
He is pretty damn biased when he calls a Kentucky game though.

He has been horrible over the past couple years, he would find something the team was doing wrong and rail on it for the entire game.
"you got to get your rear down" "gotta get your dobber down", etc.

Some of you need to re wind the tape of Dykes comments...he mentions Cal first and then lists the other coaches...feel better now?

I didn't watch the post game, I switched over the Purdue/Mich game to reminisce about Purdue's HC being the hottest name in basketball a few years ago.
