So exactly what are the stats suppose to mean? That Chavis is going to struggle?
Points Per Game is similar to what LSU allowed when the won it all in 2007 right at 20.
I know the Yards per game was like 288 or so.
LSU went +20 in turnovers that year.

Do it.
Translate it to this year.
You first. Your whole argument is that the defense is good when the team is bad. And, yet, a good defense makes a team *better* and not worse.
So how are those connected in any way?

Ok so where is turnover differential in the original stats?
I see points per game, yards per game, record, and returning starters?
I mean I just posted 07 defense stats and I get +20 turnover differential.
What about Chavis defense and turnovers they force?
Is the argument that a Chavis defense does not cause enough turnovers?
Or that LSU offense gave up 20 turnovers while only forcing 19?
Maybe I am missing something based on original stats given.

John Chavis led defenses' success tend to be inderectly proportional to the overall success of a team.
Team is good=Chavis defense bad
and vice versa

For what it is worth, until hiring Hootie OM was likely my favorite fan base, probably still is. (Outside of AR that is)
Hey, I've been to a few Arkansas/Ole Miss games in my time and the fans were pretty friendly toward each other (even with those plastic pigs on their heads).
...and then you had to get HawgAlude and WooPig involved, and now it will never be the same.
(Apparently some guy named Hootie has something to do with it as well.)

Where will all this Ole Miss talk be after another 4 loss season? And another 8 loss season? And so on. Its Ole Miss, remember that.
